A well-known property management company wanted to leverage its market share to create additional revenue streams from existing customers by introducing a new application that provides additional services to tenants.

Problem
It was important for the company to find a way to make the maintenance request process more efficient and interactive for their premium tenants.

Solution
The creation of a self-serve digital marketplace that is intuitive and self-serving.
Tenants will be able to communicate with a variety of vendors to resolve maintenance issues in their homes, thereby reducing the overhead of manual service management and requiring minimal involvement from the company.
